DO I PAY FOR MY REAL ESTATE AGENT’S SERVICES?

We require all clients to sign a Buyer’s Broker agreement, as required by law. If you choose to hire us, we’ll discuss all the options.

SHOULD I RENT OR OWN?

Real Estate properties are investments that can be sold later, often at a considerable return. Additionally, owning property can offer significant tax advantages. When you rent, you help to pay off the Landlord's mortgage. Why put your money in someone else’s pocket? Consult your accountant or financial planning professional for more information.

WHAT CAN I AFFORD TO SPEND?

We connect you with mortgage professionals who will walk you through the mortgage process and obtain your pre-approval. What you can afford depends on:

• gross household income

• down payment, typically 20% (although could be less depending on loan types)

• mortgage interest rate

• current monthly expenses
